People destroy. People rebuild. We only have the time we're born with. Lingering and saying "we can't, it's too hard" happens too. People aren't all able to handle change. We try. We hold to patterns, because they're easier than change, but we turn over and fight and tear down and build up in our short lives because we're born knowing they're short, possibly shorter if we don't learn how to adapt.
Cybertronians don't have to deal with the same forces. It makes sense that without an end to work against, or a time limit to work in, change comes slower. It's allowed to be that way for you.
